11 years ago, I had my first baby. I had read all the books and done ALL the things only to find myself exhausted, anxious with a tiny baby that wouldn't sleep. 4 babies later and a move abroad taught me a ton about what actually matters when it comes to getting babies to sleep well. And surprise, surprise…it wasn't as complicated as I had made it out to be. My own journey with postpartum depression and time spent living in Amsterdam gave me a passion to help other mamas navigate the early days of motherhood by walking alongside of them to get their babies (and themsleves!) quality sleep.
